After replacing flower beds and trees countless times, this is enough. Artistree causes more most of damage with their mowing and sloppy trimming. Nothing has worked correctly in the almost 3 years we are here. We just keep forking over the money, and for what???

After numerous work orders to artistree and them closing out the tickets and telling us they fixed the problem we are left with Burt lawn and still the same issues. We are told we are obligated to put in new lawn. This will never happen knowing we pay HOA fees to prevent these issues. HOA tells us “It’s not maintenance free it’s maintenance assist and it’s up to us to fix the issues”. We come here to relax and that’s not happening. I guess a brown lawn is out new lawn. This is very upsetting and I hope HOA will stand by the homeowners in our beautiful community.

Lots of damage to lawn (water issues and lawn mowers swiveling/turning on grass tearing it up). The grass is cut too low and it looks like the blades are not sharp. Also, I installed 14 palm trees and had to replace 6 that died. Now 2 more are dead.

The irrigation system has not been functioning properly since we moved in. After several attempts to contact Artistree, we have had no resolution. We have several dead plants, dead grass, and an irrigation system that goes on only occasionally. Artistree has not responded to my most recent work order, so I am watering my lawn with my own hose & water, to prevent further issues to my lawn.

Artistry put in trees on a 45 degree angle. We, neighbors and myself, have put in many work orders and finally, supposedly, Artistry came to right the trees but the trees are still at a 45 degree angle. ??? This is not only at our property but at many of the other properties in the area. * Look at many of the new builds, they also have crooked and angled trees. Maybe, there is something wrong with the employees' eyesight? I can help Artistry set up a program to obtain glasses for their employees, if needed. I am a nurse and I have dealt with people's health issues for my career and I really care about people's health and well being. There are many programs available for people that Artistry could call upon. As for our grass, it needs to be watered. The empty lot next to us gets watered daily, ours rarely gets water. We end up watering our grass. This is not what was presented, at time of sale. :-(

Our entire front yard is a chinchbug slum and the backyard is starting to slide in that direction, as well as a riot of weeds everywhere else. This is unsightly and disturbing that our appeals to Lennar are being disregarded.

Numerous e-mails asking for follow-ups from Artistree have gone unanswered.

Situation is unacceptable!! Irrigation is a complete failure! Repeated service tickets don’t fix anything! Can someone honestly come look at this situation and say “oh yea, looks great”. Why on earth would Lennar let the lawns be such an eyesore and an obvious failure. Do the right thing Lennar - fix this NOW

I have put numerous work orders in about my sprinklers and I was told it was told it was fixed. We live here part time and now our grass is dead. Terrible! We Should not be responsible to replace the grass HOA should!! Shame!
