COVID is a problem without a solution that can meet everyone's needs. Each staff/student comes with their own risks and worries. Our students need in-person learning to the degree we are able and I would like to see that we minimize exposure in any way we can and that teachers are not stretched beyond their capacities. I am signing this pledge in support of my colleagues and union as we continue to try and come to the best, hard decision.

We need to stay strong. We are fighting to get fairness and respect for are family and co-workers. The district need to recognize that people want solutions, not we don't have answers. It's time to do the right thing and make sure that people get to work from home, or keep it at distance learning, and not put people lives in danger to fit their own agenda.
Online learning is preferable.
