It’s been 4.5 years and dozens of launches later. How don’t you have this together yet LLR?! same story, different capsule.

LulaRoe has finacially ruined me. I have re invested 100% and lost hours and hours from my family to ruin my credit, sleepless nights of how to pay my debt off, they set me up to fail form the start sending me 8 and 9 of one pair of ugly leggings that I still can’t sel one year late. They sent 3 and 4 of every size shirts so I only had a few to choose from, horrible ugly prints that I can’t give away. This noir launch so unfair.

So unfortunate how this capsule went. The small retailers are the ones who need this, & yet again there was no limit on items.

Id #139236. Something has to give and give quick. Be honest and transparent. Equality for ALL consultants

Where to begin.....I can't pay my bills. Keep pushing through. Don't be negative, everything sells. At least this time we got somewhat of a notice, instead of 3 hours. I heard NOTHING from my upline, you know, the girls who get paid every time I place an order. Heard it through the grapevine. I have sold, scrimped. saved and borrowed for this. Sat in front of my computer just to make sure there where no surprises. I planned my day for this. I planned my day to give Lularoe literally every penny I have, so I could in turn, make money. Nothing. I got nothing. I want to quit so bad. I have to see online consultants commenting "I'M DROWNING IN NOIR....WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE?". Sarah Gibbons, the girl who sells 1/2 million a month because she gets to HAND PICK her orders, just posted EIGHT HUNDRED BLACK PERFECT T's on line. You must buy with a regular perfect T. No live, no pictures, no gimmicks, no outfits. Just a graphic. By morning, if not before, she will have made 56,000.00. Just from the perfect T's. That doesn't count the 50 hand selected Sarah's she sold the other night in less than 5 minutes. As one already stated, they keep feeding the big fish, and us little fish get NO BLACK AT ALL. I do however have a Sarah in my Lula room that looks like it was made from my Great Aunt Bessie's living room curtains. Any takers on that? Hey, I know what I can do....use all the $$$ I was going to spend on the Noir collection to finally move some inventory and make SOME money, and just buy regular inventory, YEAH, there's an idea....1300.00 for GOOB returns!!! Pretty sure once I do that, they'll decide to re-launch the Noir when nobody, except for the big fish, has any money. STAY POSITIVE EVERYBODY. SO UN-FAIR!!!!

I was able to order but not nearly enough for my faithful customers. I would have been fine limited in styles and sizes. To get even 1 of each would have been nice.

Totally disappointed. The big fish keep begging bigger, while us little ones drown. This was the best way to get the smaller consultants to give up, thanks for nothing.

I have been trying so hard lately to sell as much as possible so that I could afford to order Noir. Last night, I realized I didn’t have enough to supply my small VIP group with everything they wanted. So, i wholesalesd all of my solids and destashed my personal Unicorns just to have enough money to order... and I got nothing. Nothing to show for it. I was hoping for some extra sales and extra money to help out with Christmas. Now, I’m terrified to even place a regular order because it will unlikely ship for a week... and I can’t afford to order pieces that I can’t sell quickly. I always defend LLR... yet you always disappoint me.

So unfair. You must place limits for at least the first 24 hours to allow everyone a fair chance at inventory!

Not a fair process at all. Period.

I'm glad a petition has been made. They better re-release the black! I'm so upset!

I wish there was a way to equally disperse the goods. We all want happy customers and to provide their needs.

It was very unfair on how the launch happened with noir. There should of been limits for a certain period of time. Everyone should of been able to try to get some, like a 30 piece order first. Or even 60. All the reps who got things got 200 of a style, some I saw got over 1000 pieces coming. And I heard about the perks too, totally unfair.

This Launch was a joke. There should have been a cap on orders. Everything would have still sold out giving everyone a chance to some Black that so Monday of our clients were so hopeful to get. How are we to grow our business and give our clients why they want when you allow other retailers to purchase the majority of it. And I agree with others, shame on those big retailers for being so greedy with this release. Start producing more Black so we can give our clients what the want.

So much for teamwork Diane! This launch was an epic disappointment for 98% of Lularoe consultants. How do you think our customers will respond? We are your customers and you failed us.

I'm a loyal customer since June 2016 who historically purchased and wore exclusively Lularore. I'm disgusted with your greed and will be boycotting all sales except GOOB until you stop taking advantage of your smaller retailers.

This was an epic failure on the part of LLR. Your blatant disregard for fairness in allowing all consultants a chance at ordering Noir was likewise a slap in the face to their loyal shoppers. Unlike some who will try to find black with another retailer, I am taking it a step farther and will shop with other companies and not spend another dime on LLR. You embody yourself as blessing lives, but is that what you really do when you cause so much turmoil and stress for your consultants? How is it a blessing when you aren’t even remotely fair to your consultants. Having a luck of the draw as to who gets to order first is fine, but put in conjunction with the queue you still need caps. Otherwise it makes LLR appear to be justvsslf-serving and greedy. I think if you look in a mirror amdvtrujt examined yourselves you would see the truth in this.

There absolutely should have been limits for the first day. We understand the big sellers also need to order enough to keep up with demand, so the issue is not that they could order 5000 pieces - the issue is that you knew from the get go there was not enough to go around yet did not protect the small sellers by imposing limits. No excuse for a billion dollar company to keep letting this happen.

Just totally unfair and done poorly that the first couple thousand in line get stuff took it all and the rest are just sitting in the dust with upset customers. How is this going to help the already bad publicity for LLR. We keep having to clean up LLR mess with our customers to help smooth things over every time. Totally ridiculous!
