Live music is a tradition at this amazing pub that Lou and Charlie have worked so hard over recent years to improve, music is the heart of this pub and beer garden, the residents would have known this before moving into their houses. Bring back live music of local talent.

Great people running a great business other peoples enjoyment and success shouldn’t be dismissed by moaning residents who can’t see the bigger picture in this issue

Live music at The Ship has been played far longer than the majority of the residents have lived in the surrounding area. These are the same people who would move into a small village and immediately complain about the church bells ringing on a Sunday….as they have for the passed 900 years. Let them play live music and entertain the general public.

People who choose to expect noise and the music is only on for a few hours and is not loud. Such a shame as they are supporting local talent

A real shame if live music was stopped

The pub has been there a lot longer than most of the house's around there . When you buy a property and there is a pub nearby this is taken into account in your decision.

I really hope live music at The Ship Inn, Sewerby will be allowed to continue. It is an integral part of community spirit and not only brings families and friends together, it helps mental health and general well-being.

This pub has been here a couple of hundred years. Pubs are the center of a community and need to be alive and active, this includes live music!

Why live near a public house if you can't put up with some community noise. The clue is in the name public. We have had two years of unnecessary enforced silence. For heaven sake let people have some enjoyment.

Me and the wife love coming to watch the live bands when we come down to brid, such a shame that a few people have to spoil it for the masses. The beer garden is amazing now, LET THERE BE MUSIC
