Had some fabulous times here can’t believe you are not allowed to have live bands anymore it’s not like it’s every day or late nights- hopefully you’ll get it sorted

The ship inn was there long before that house.

This is crazy . The council should have never given planning to buildings so close to the pub so they have a moral duty to help resolve. It’s not like heavy metal playing.

We love the pub . We come on holiday all the time. And that's our favorite pub . Extra money for town as well.

It’s a great venue and the outside setting is amazing for live music . The pub was there when these silly people chose to buy a house next to it so they should accept the music associated with a live music venue. They need to get a life and grow up or leave and stop spoiling everyone else’s enjoyment and potentially ruin a great pub.

Live music should be allowed to continue at the Ship Inn, Sewerby, this has been ongoing for the last 14 years.

The residents that have complained knew the ship had music on a weekend afternoon as this has been enjoyed by many for a lot of years

The music is on during the day time at weekends and is not causing a problem. Please help support live music and this great pub!

Pubs need customers to survive, customers need entertainment to bring them out in the first place.

Live music is a big part of a social gathering to which we have been deprived long enough ! Let live music commence at the old ship in

It’s such a shame. I’m gutted for you both. Live music is important for our well-being and a way for people to express themselves through their music.

These people bought a house next to a pub, what did they expect!

Don’t let petty people destroy live music entertainment- so unfair

A much loved live venue for local people and visitors alike. What has changed to stop the enjoyment of music at The Ship Inn? Surely common sense should prevail.
