After the few years we have had with no live music, it has been amazing to have the opportunity to experience live bands again at The Ship. They are considerate of neighbours as it is always organised so that the music doesn't play too late. I really hope they can continue to have live entertainment!

The conditions of living haven't changed. The pub and the music were there first and should be supported.

Live music is the life blood of any community. Those who made the complaints about 'noise' need to understand the damage they are doing to the community that they live in. A terribly sad decision that must be reversed

Charlie and Lou go above and beyond to support our community, just seems a shame they are being punished for a few hours a week.

Absolutely love the live music on an afternoon and it would be such a shame for this to end after the significant efforts the Ship Inn have gone to to improve the beer garden and take into consideration the neighbouring properties...

I cannot believe the pub have had to do this with all the considerations they have already implemented for their neighbour's.

Keep the music alive. This is people's livlihood, 1 loud evening a week is not too disruptive. Its not bad language, it's not illegal. Its entertainment and people showing their talents and dedication.
Everybody listens to music. Why not allow live music once a week in the summer.

There are always going to folk who complain but the music never goes on till late and provides wonderful entertainment for all. I imagine some music they won’t like but they can choose to be out that afternoon. Our pubs need our support

Such a shame. Two years of covid silence has made the locals forget they moved near a pub!
