The pub was there long before most of the residents I guess and when moving there the knew there was a pub nearby

It’s like moving to the country x complaining about animal smells x noises , don’t move near a pub if you don’t like to hear music x people enjoying themselves. It’s ridiculous

Live music is the life blood of our pubs. Charlie and Lou have done an amazing job of supporting music for many years, and we must not allow a few small minded individuals to spoil this fabulous venue.

A pub that has played occasional live music on an afternoon in season for years. If you live by a pub, school or the seaside you should know and expect slight disturbance. It is not all night loud music.

I often drive over from York for the live music sessions on Sundays, and spend the rest of the day( and some money) in Bridlington . I hope a satisfactory solution can be found. I've moving to Bridlington in a few weeks and this was one of the many reasons I chose this area to relocate to.

The live music is great here. Hopefully there’s some compromise from the council and residents - maybe certain days only??

I’ve been a customer of the ship for nearly 50 years …. I’ve been going there as a child till now always holds a special place in my heart. Me and my family are from Wakefield and Bridlington is our second home. Why try and fix a “ problem “ that isn’t broken and hasn’t been for 50 years … my nephew brings my great niece and nephew there now …. The neighbours knew they were living next to a pub disgraceful behaviour changing a long standing well loved pub that brings in many visitors from around the county

Think this is so sad when the music is in daytime and finishes by 6pm at latest

live music is important to the community. If the minority don't like it, it's only a couple of hours on a Sunday afternoon!
