This family business are so community minded. They supported so many through lockdown and have been a platform for local musicians when there are so few small venues in the locality. Please rethink a different solution and don't silence the music.

Live music makes the pub. The general feel good factor it gives to all that attend is amazing. Don’t move near a pub if u don’t like it. I live near telegraph and love to hear their live music. Total spoil sports !

Pub has been there longer than houses. A little occasional music during sociable hours shouldn’t be a big inconvenience

Louise and Charlie are fantastic owners and only have live music on for very short periods of time to please the tourists who visit the pub.

The Ship Inn is ALWAYS respectful of local residents and have done EVERYTHING in their power to keep noise to a minimum. Folk should not have bought property near a pub if they were unhappy to live next to it. The Ship Inn has been there FOREVER

stopping live music at the ship inn is ridiculous, we need more places like this to attract holiday makers to our beautiful coast line, not the opposite, the more visitors to the east coast riviera, the better

They obviously don't like people having fun and it's a couple of hours a week for heaven sake! There's going to be noise from a beer garden anyway so why move next to one! Fingers crossed you're successful

Should be allowed to continue as it is not only a source of enjoyment to many but is also aan outlet for local treatment.

We very much enjoy the live music in the ship inn beer garden. I wonder why the residents haven’t complained in previous years? Perhaps they have just moved in. In which case is it a good idea moving near to the pub, then complaining it has noise! Surely a compromise can be agreed by all!

The neighbouring houses knew what they signed up for when they bought a property next to a pub!
