Lots of caravan owners in Sewerby and surrounding areas will miss the live music at The Ship. Such a shame as so many pubs are struggling at present. Im from Doncaster and we no longer have the many live music venues we had 3yrs ago.

Truly disappointing to arrive this year and find that live music has been cancelled. It has been a family tradition for a number of year to visit, the live music it what has drawn us to holiday in this area, the cancelling of live music will impact on our decision to holiday elsewhere in the future!

The ship is the perfect place for children to play out and adults can enjoy the sunshine and views, such a shame there is no music and atmosphere.

Banning live music during the day! What a bunch of NIMBY'S, is it spoiling their afternoon nap?

An afternoon of music doesn't hurt anyone... the music I hear is not offending. Or loud

After the horrendous couple of years that businesses have faced, this is a terrible decision! I have visited Sewerby for over 60 years and the Ship Inn has been an important part of those visits. These are occasional events and surely some compromise can be found!!

This space and the singing is so special - good free entertainment and great for the pub and the musicians to have such a happy social hostelry to visit.
