Bricklink (hereafter: BL) is currently the world's largest platform for buyers and sellers to buy/sell new or used LEGO(R). The website of BL was originally made in the year 2000 by a single person, Daniel Jezek who sadly passed away in 2010.

From the origin in 2000 until 2015 the design and functionality of the website did not change very much. The new owners of BL decided to do a makeover to make the website look, feel and act '2016' instead of '2000'.

On June 8th, 2016 Bricklink Limited rolled out a new version of the website, called BL 2.0.

Since that date thousands of complaints about decreased functionality and numerous bugs have been posted to the BL-forum.

So far -- June 13, 2016 -- BL failed to communicate with their buyers, sellers and volunteers.

Therefore we -sellers, buyers and volunteers- demand:

• the owners of Bricklink Limited to listen to their users.
• to use the forum to share the progress that has been made on bugs that were reported.
• to listen to and take action on the hundreds of suggestions made by buyers, sellers and volunteer admins.
• BL to COMMUNICATE. We feel this is the most important of all. Not only through the forum but also via e-mail.
