AT&T claims that it let's you keep your unlimited data plan if you want to, but if you use your phone's data too much, they reduce it by as much as 99%. Sign this petition, if you agree that it's wrong to allow people to keep their unlimited data, but then to slow it down to the point that it's useless. This is happening all because AT&T won't better their network. If you pay for unlimited data, you should be able to use unlimited data without blocks being set upon it or limitations put in place!
