Love the game and the people I’ve met at the Hollywood pickleball courts. Let us spend more quality time together

Hollywood you have built us beautiful courts. Thank you but we need the lights on.

We are enjoying the Hollywood Pickleball Courts so much! The little extra time per evening will help us players get the most out our evening play, especially in the upcoming summer months when more players will come out either very early in they day or much later in the evening to play to avoid playing in high heat of the day. However, some of us can't play in the mornings, except for weekends, bc of work so evening time is our main time. Pablo is correct ~ this is the fastest growing sport in America. More and more new players are coming out to enjoy the sport. Some nights the courts are very crowed and we spend a lot of time waiting for an available court for actual play time. This extra time per evening would allow for more play time as well for us per evening. We have traveled to other courts in Broward while our court were closed being resurfaced and painted. These courts have skate parks next to them and residential areas close by and they have the lights on past 10pm. We have been told by some of the veteran local players that this Hollywood park used to have the lights on until 9:55pm prior to covid. Please consider this request. Thank you!
