Our library provides a multitude of services for our children after school come for the community members that need it. This is not a resource that we should ever consider cutting or eliminating. This is vital for our community to be rich and strong.

Library buildings are built for community! To make them even more valuable, libraries should expand the hours that they are open, add more staff, and provide even more programming. In Finland, Oodi (the central library in Helsinki) has a maker space (sewing machines, large scale printers, video editing software, musical instruments and equipment, and a wood shop). Oodi also has film screenings, live performances, and author talks. They have a lot of children's programming, There is a cafe and a coffee shop. There are tables with chess boards. It's one of the best resources. Let's build our libraries to encompass even more community.

Please don’t take funding from our library. I am a single mother of three kids and they all thoroughly enjoy going to the library. My son is autistic and he would be so sad without the services at the library.

I have enjoyed many of the community activities that the library offers, from painting classes, to tech support and this summer I took my granddaughter at least twice a week for activities.

The library is a crucial service for so many particularly in hard economic times. The worse life choices become, the more it is absolutely necessary for all.

Please don’t close this place of education and reflection. This is needed in our community and well worth the cost.

PLEASE fully fund our Arrowhead Library system. It is so important on every level! The first thing we did upon relocating to the area was to get a library card along with driver's licenses.
Our country has been a world leader because of the value we all place on these resources.
PEOPLE MATTER. Not money, unless its a means to make communities better.

I have benefitted so much from our excellent library! I read books from all over the Arrowhead! My grandchildren also get books and participate in library activities! It is one of the places I enjoy the most in our city. Great staff! Great resources! Please do not cut funds to the library which serves so many people in so many ways!

My son and I frequent the story times in the summer and while I was in maternity leave the first time. It’s such a great place especially in the winter time to take little kids!
