Ridiculous that we have to fight for this. I paid full price for this phone and I expect the software to actually work.
It is just sad lol. even the cheap phones get updates faster than this one.
LG really dropped the ball on support for this device. Never buying from them again if they dont fix this.
Finally. This phone runs like trash on the old software. Needs this update yesterday.

My ally is constantly crashing. It is basically a brick until they push the update. get it together lg.
