Lets keep this tradition going - money isn't everything, surely the council can ease off on this one!

We need to keep the showies so our kids can have the fun we had & look forward to them coming like we did. The council needs to stop being greedy as it will backfire & the town will suffer!!

Without the shows this town will suffer!!! We all look forward to this 1 special time of year. People come from far and wide to visit Nairn for the games and included is the shows. The links and our beach is beautiful. Our local businesses must gain from this and we will all suffer without the future of the shows! It's utterly heartbreaking that we as the locals of Nairn are not being listened to and are having to even do this. Why not invite more shows and more entertainment to Nairn? If Inverness and Elgin etc can do it why can't our pretty seaside town?! Please please do something!!!

Common good land belongs to the people of Nairn. Inverness councilors should get no say on rent/fees. Inverness are trying to destroy all that Nairn has to offer as a holiday town. Nairn councilors need to stand up to them or resign and let people with fight in them to stand up for what is in Nairns best interest. GET THE RENT DOWN to what is charged in Inverness and freeze it for 5 years

Please keep the showies. It used to be 2nd in size to Kirckcaldy so if this keeps going there will be none at all.

The showies are a large part of the summer season in Nairn and are good for business and tourism. We need all the help we can get to draw folks to Nairn and the council should see this as an opportunity to help the town not put an obstacle in the way.
