I have been watching this show for decades. There are many great stories that could be written for Paul. Make him a PI again, give him a family, the possibilities are endless. Please stop trying to get rid of all your long time viewers and acting vets by changing the entire history of the show. If your writers can't keep the history of the show and come up with new stories, then THEY should be fired. I am VERY put off by the Dina Mergeron story-line. What started off as a wonderful story about a family's struggle with Alzheimer's has turned into a pathetic who's the daddy story. That and the whole Summer/Billy story are just awful. Bill Bell would be ashamed!

Please keep Doug Davidson on Y&R. He plays one of my favorite characters and I have been watching the soap since the mid 80’s. Please keep him.
