We are 2 generations of watching the show! Over 30 years! Doug Davidson is a staple of the show! It will not be the same without him! He's a fine actor, a natural! Too many cast changes on the show. Honestly, it's not the same as when Bill Bell was at the helm. The writing was so much better than as well I don't enjoy watching as much anymore.

The show is getting somewhat lame. I watch it but I will stop if Doug is terminated. Paul Williams has a history with the show that is important to me and many others.

This is a disgrace. Doug Davidson is such a talented actor and has been under utilized at Y&R for a long time now that I stopped watching the show. I've been disappointed in the direction of the show for a long time now. Dropping Doug Davidson is the last straw. Keep him on the show and give him the storylines that he deserves and I'll start watching again.

I'm just appalled that I've been watching Y&R since the beginning & now the show has gone a different direction with new families rather than what it's based upon...The Newman,s, Abbott's,& Chancellor's .Now you have Doug Davidson fired for what?? He's given over 40 years...Paul Williams deserves to be on the show.!!

I will stop watching Young & The Restless if Doug Davidson is off-contract! I have been watching the show for several years and disgusted that such a great long-time actor with so much talent is being treated this way! They need to respect and appreciate their veterans!

I watch The Young and the Restless of the kid. I remember one Paul Williams first introduced as a character. Through the years he has been wonderful. I started watching again last year. In this last year I can see at the writing and storylines have gone downhill. Paul has no storylines and he used to be a main character back when I used to watch a show. Please don't fire Doug Davidson. These new characters that are being created need to go. The show is being ruined
