OMG just saw a tweet where Rick Springfield is a fan of Doug Davidson as well (be still my heart)! Doug (Paul) deserves better from Y&R--instead of pushing him out--how about giving him a better story line! The writers of this show had so many opportunities to really do (Paul) justice but failed him and the fans of Y&R! I hope to see Doug Davidson in a movie & not on CBS!!!

Doug Davidson is a great actor and played Paul beautifully when he had great storylines. He needs to stay on Y&R and given good, strong stories!! Get rid of the young fluff and keep the veterans!!

Please don't take Paul Williams off of Y&R. He's like family and we all love Paul. I feel like if he doesn't get to come back that your ratings are really going to drop. Alot of people loves Paul. Hang in there Doug we love you.

I see many of these petitions around and I think it’s so great we are all doing our part for doug davidson! I’m in! Turning off Y&r (not like I’ll miss anything) until tptb come to their senses and give our guy a major storyline. I agree he hits a home run every time he’s given something to do! Show some respect to him and us or I’m done completely!

Keeping Doug Davidson on the show is not only keeping a wonderful actor on the show but a great mentor for new people climbing the ladder.

I think Doug Davidson is an asset to Young and the Restless and should continue to be cast. He has always been on the show and should remain there.
