Doug is an awesome actor and has written me and send us SEES candy for Christmas many times. I met him in a Rock Springfield cruise and he was so sweet and such a delight! His acting is amazing and he deserves better!

Doug Davidson & his Paul Williams character have been integral to Y&R for 40 years. There is a reason he has lasted so long on the show. Losing Eileen Davidson & Doug leaves a big vacuum in the cast.

I started watching Y&R 40 years ago when my friend Rick Springfield told me that, then 23 year old, Doug Davidson would be playing Paul Williams. I watched show since Day One upon Davidson joining cast. Mal should be the one being fired. Doug is the best actor in daytime TV and I will no longer watch a show that is unjustifiable CRUEL to let one of the sweetest actors in Hollywood go on his dedicated 40th anniversary of his employment. Shame on this show! Bring him back and get rid of Rey who took his position. For years Paul 's been written out of way too many shows. First they stole his apartment and now this Rey is given not only his office but an apartment, above Sharon's. This is wrong and I am furious that he's been let go upon his 40th anniversary and upon the month of his 64th birthday. Not to mention he just won a well-deserved Daytime Emmy several years ago. Doug is a rare gem who treats all his fans super kindly, unlike so many other daytime actors who literally ignore their fans. This has been so unfair! Bring him back!!!

Doug Davidson should have never been let go of Y&R in the first place. I am 46 yrs old and I have watch Y&R for close to 40 years. Doug has always contributed to the storyline in such a pristine manner. Do the right thing and reinstate him.....

Whomever is in charge of hiring, really should consider that we fans are serious. I haven’t watched in 3 weeks, & won’t unless @DougDavidsonYR has returned to the show, & not on recurring or back-burner status, but a full storyline. Please sign!
