Let us keep our principal

This is a letter on behalf of many parents of Yeshiva students.
We are aware that Yeshiva is not planning on renewing Rabbi Ezagui's contract for the coming school year. Although we do not know all the details concerning this matter, we as parents are heart broken about this news.
Rabbi Ezagui has put his heart and energy towards Yeshiva, He has dedicated countless hours of time listening to concerns of parents and actively trying to find solutions to problems that existed in the school way before he accepted the job as principal.
We as parents, would like to take a positive stand for our children's school, for our community to have stability and have Rabbi Ezagui continue on as principal. Yeshiva is a place where our boys spend countless hours of the day. Rabbi Ezagui has worked hard to make Yeshiva not just a building but a place for a positive learning experience for our children. We as parents feel that this is a work in progress and are seeing this process through the endeavours of Rabbi Ezagui.
We as parents see Rabbi Ezagui's care ,love and understanding .We see that our children feel safe at school and that our children feel there's a loving but firm authority.
As an efficient principal, Rabbi Ezagui has had open and sincere communication with us.
As a community we appreciate the time effort and money the board members dedicate towards our school especially during this difficult time financially. Please take our concerns as parents and most importantly the chinuch of our children and rethink this grave decision of not reinstating Rabbi Ezagui as the principal of our Yeshiva for the coming school year.
Would it be possible to get an outside third party that could work on a compromise. Ultimately, we have faith that in time Rabbi Ezagui with his sincerity will be able to continue making the positive changes in our Yeshiva.
Once again we are grateful for the time and energy that is invested in ensuring the smooth running of Our Yeshiva.Thank you for giving this letter it's due attention
