For the attention of the CEO and Board of Trustees of the Lubavitch Multi Academy Trust
We are writing to express our deep concern regarding the current situation surrounding the leadership of our schools. It has come to our attention that Mrs. Freeman, who has faithfully served as Headteacher of the Girls’ School for over 35 years, is at risk of being removed from her position.
We understand that both Rabbi Lew and the Vaad HaChinuch have already written to the school to oppose this course of action, highlighting that such a step, taken in this manner, would inevitably cause instability and disruption across the schools.
Mrs. Freeman is the only remaining senior leader formally trained in the delivery of Lubavitch education and continues to hold the confidence and trust of the Vaad HaChinuch.
We therefore wish to state unequivocally that we strongly object to any such changes being implemented without the full support and approval of Rabbi Lew and the Vaad HaChinuch.

I am shocked to hear that there is talk of Mrs. Freeman leaving Lubavitch. She is an excellent head teacher fully qualified and is professional in every way dealing with both secular and Jewish studies teachers. She is and always has been an asset to Lubavitch. I have known and worked with her for 45 plus . It would be a grave mistake for her to be forced to leave
I am fully against the attempted removal of the only remaining senior leader formally trained in the delivery of Lubavitch education.
I sign as a parent and a teacher. Mrs freeman is crucial to the stability of the school, and cares deeply for the wellbeing of the staff and pupils.
As a past student I can say that Mrs Freeman has held the senior school leadership strong, study and structured, as well as caring about each individual student in their classroom and out of their classroom. We felt that our school had it all together thanks to her
I am a previous student and staff member. Mrs Freeman has given her entire life to the senior girls school - the only person who actually knows how to run a Lubavitch school. It's a must that she remain in her position and get 100% support for it.

I strongly oppose Mrs Freeman to be asked to leave Lubavitch school, I had 2 daughters learning there and the individual care and attention my daughters received directly from Mrs Freeman was outstanding and will be a massive loss to the school not to have her involved as a head teacher
