Final supporters
Rayzor's Edge Tactical has been a dedicated supporter of Joplin's "Third Thursday" event which allows downtown business to display their products and services as a way to revitalize the downtown area. However, the decision has been made to not allow Rayzor's Edge to display their custom built and Cerakoted firearms even though they are always unloaded and locked. Please sign the petition to show your support for Rayzor's Edge and believe they should be treated like all of the other businesses in town.

I am honestly overwhelmed by how many of you have stepped up to support this shop. We are getting near a thousand signatures and I really hope we can push over that mark to show the town how much this matters. None of this would be happening if it were just me alone.

They are a valued employer to many, located downtown, and pay their taxes. Not to mention, many of the custom firearms they create/sell ARE ARTWORK. On top of all that, Missouri is an open carry state. How can they be prohibited to to display them?
Total BS!! They are good enough to support the community but not good enough to display their products??? I guess face painting and clowns are the only acceptable "products" that should be displayed. I'm sure they would come in handy if you ever needed protection. Ridiculous!
Seriously, the mere sight of guns frightens people -- that is called hoplophobia. A few minutes with one in your hands and a bit of time on a range will cure you of that. Let Rayzor's Edge show their stuff, they invested in moving downtown, show them the respect they deserve.
I live in AZ and this shop is the only reason I have been and ever will go to Joplin MO without your support to one of the best businesses in your state I can no longer support your town until they are treated equal.
Rayzor's Edge should be allowed to diplay the custom guns they do, this is their art & promotion to their business. There is no difference in what they are showing and what other artist or businesses do to promote their company.

Hopefully this decision will be overturned as it is very foolish on the part of the Downtown Business Alliance. Encouraging businesses should be the goal and Rayzor's Edge is a great business to have in Joplin and particularly on Main.
