As the Class of Fluid Mechanics 2A we are somewhat concerned with the changes happening with Mr Mafokoane leaving us.
We collectively feel that he should stay as we find him easier to understand and follow in Class.
If you’re a Fluid Mechanics 2A Student, Kindly add your signature to this Petition to help us convince the HOD to Assist us keep him as our lecturer.
I have been hearing from so many of you who are struggling to grasp the course material without his guidance. I am currently working on putting all of your feedback into a formal document to present to the department head.

Seeing this momentum grow proves that I am not the only one struggling to keep up with these sudden changes. Knowing my classmates are behind me makes me feel much more confident about bringing these concerns to the department head.

Kindly show to Dr Nyende how UJ's assessments are asked. We don't want to be asked questions as if he was angry against us.

The fluid mechanics semester test was not fair at all ,the problem being the lecture ,the scope was different compared to the 1 that we were given ,no diagrams and formulas ,it was just irrelevant .looking forward to the favourable response .

The test was not fair. The questions were not explanatory enough and there were no diagrams given. The lecturer did not communicate with us that the diagrams and formular sheet won't be given. What was given on the test was never similar to the kind of problems we did in class. We asking for Mr Thabang to come back,as our current lecturer doesn't lecture as well as him.

The semester test 1 was entirely unfair. The work we were taught in class and tutprials all had diagrams and the questions were understood. The test we wrote was completely out of context. Please take our matter into serious priority.

I understand Mr Thabang Mafokane much better and feel I receiver a better learning experience due to his committment (such as his hands on participation in tutorials) and clearer teaching techniques (his lecture style).
