I honestly did not think this would gain this much steam but it really feels like people are waking up to the absurdity of the whole thing. Seeing so many people agree makes me feel a lot less like I am shouting into the void about these nonsensical restrictions.

I think you should be the one to move or just don't go to the new restaurant. Unfortunately you will be missing out on some good food.
You are exactly the kind of small minded person that we don't need in our town.
If you dont agree with Midland Morals then move to Odessa or another state.
I believe that midland has been held back because of the white collard "OLD Money" that has decided it's future for the entirety of my life. With midlands growing population and economy the city needs to grow as well. It needs to cater to the younger generation of adults who are now the "money makers" of this city. Not only in the field but in the city as well we bring in the revenue to major business by our living here. I for one highly support new establishments that give our city the diversity it demands. More shopping centers, entertainment, and young adult geared places are needed. I do not think that any of these will change our deep seeded core values and beliefs that we have having grown up in this west Texas town. Please support our city as it grows and molds into a bigger better and hopefully more lively place to live.

Hello just wanted to join the discussion here. I am married with five children and I do not drink any alcohol. With all that said I will be going to this restaurant with my family probably the weekend or day it opens.I am glad that Midland is getting more restaurants like this. If you've never been to any restaurants like this I highly recommend it the food is actually really great. Every time my family and I are in Odessa we eat at Hooters or Twin Peaks and yes just for the food. Anyone who wants to ban these type of restaurants should give it a chance. Hopefully Midland will get more of these types of restaurants.
