I have only been in the unit for 17 months, and during the time Faye has always been such a positive, cheerful and helpful presence on the unit. As someone who also struggles to find their first job (3 years, for me, having to move out of state to do so), I find the “reason” she is not being offered a spot in the New Grad Residency to be an unacceptable reason. We should be fostering our own from within. We are a family. This is the Sharp way.

Faye is probably the most deserving, well-qualified candidate Sharp could possibly hope to have for the Mary Birch NICU New Grad Program. Not allowing her to interview would be a tremendous loss to the organization — both as an opportunity to further the professional goals of a loyal employee, but to coworkers, patients, and parents of our NICU!

I strongly urge you to allow Faye to apply for the NICU new grad residency. I believe she would be an amazing NICU RN and would be honored to precept her if given the opportunity!

Faye is over qualified and more than competent to be a nurse in our unit. She is a wealth of knowledge and always kind abs helpful. We would be so lucky to have her. ♥️

Faye’s work ethic is above and beyond and we definitely need her as a nurse in our unit. She is an integral part of our team and I feel very strongly that she be granted the opportunity to interview to be a part of the NICU residency. We cannot lose her!

She deserves this after working for Sharp for so long. Don’t force her to go else where to be a RN. That’s not what the Sharp experience is supposed to be about!

Faye deserves an equal chance. She’s put in the same hard work needed to become a Registered Nurse. Faye is a true medical professional! She’s shown her loyalty to our company with her years devoted to Sharp. Faye is the essence of what Sharp calls “the Sharp Experience”.

She has more than earned this opportunity. It would be cruel to put her on the sidelines.

Faye has more than earned this opportunity. Our unit needs her and she would be an incredible asset to our nursing team, far better oriented and prepared than any other new grad applicant possibly could be.
