I can't imagine a better candidate for the NICU New Grad Residency program. Intelligence, compassion, team player, dedication, perseverance, and the ability to stay calm in the middle of unit chaos! That is the Faye Udan I know.

This is someone we know who is committed to our unit. Faye has been at Sharp for many years and is vested in our unit. We hire so many new grads who only stay for a year or two and then leave. Please reconsider Faye as a candidate… we need to retain staff as well as recruit them. Thank u!!

Faye would be an asset to Sharp Mary Birch and the NICU team. I have been employed in the NICU for twenty years and believe people like Faye make the NICU who we are. Please reconsider her for our residency program.

Faye is highly intelligent and compassionate. She remains calm during times when the energy level in the NICU is very high. She a team player. She would make an excellent NICU RN
