A sales tactic such as or similar to “We are working to add pickleball courts”, “it is in the docket”, a sells tactic that made you believe that someday LENNAR will put in pickleball courts at Bonita National.

Seeing all these stories pop up about the sales pitches we were given is honestly validating since I really started to wonder if it was just me who heard those promises while touring the property. It turns out so many of us were sold the same dream about these courts and now that we have this momentum I am reaching out to the regional office to finally get a straight answer on where those construction plans actually went.

We were told as well by sales that there would be bocce and pickle ball. Interested in both though not for raising already high HOA
Told pickleball courts were going to be built by our sales person Brooks Stark. That is one reason we bought here.
Lennar Sales person told me they would be adding pickleball AND Bocci. One of the things I mentioned I was looking for. Seems they said that to get me to buy.
We have been playing Pickelball for the last five years at YMCA and other local communities with friends. Great sport as your body breaks down. but still want to be active. We were told that there were signs of Pickelball & Bocci ball in the first year or so 2015 ?? Good luck and thanks for starting a Lennar petition for Pickelball courts.
I read that there was plans for Pickle Ball & I was told by several agents they would be built (just like Valencia has). Why wouldn’t everyone want to enjoy more options especially since Bonita could spare & convert 1 tennis court. Also, Bocce courts could be built (very cheap) in several open areas
We love playing pickle ball and would appreciate having courts in our neighborhood
Pickleball would be a great asset to Bonita National

We have rented at BN and have been considering buying there. No pickleball would be a deal breaker for us to buy. Hard to understand the thinking of the HOA in refusing to add this amenity. Heard an exploratory committee was formed and rejected PB because no available land. Also heard people on the "exploratory committee" were against PB right from the start so doubt it was a fair and impartial assessment. Not having PB devalues the BN residential values as it is turning people away who would otherwise be interested in purchasing there as we were.
