I really believe these golf courses and businesses are staples of our community, and places we are proud to call part of Lemont. If we lose these operations to this annexation, we would truly be losing a large part of our history and heritage.

We do not want Palos Park in the middle of Lemont. Please keep Lemont in Lemont. We are a small tight-knit community. Please do not tear us apart acre by acre. This has shady Cook County politics written all over it! Write to the commissioner's office and voice your concerns!

I wish to make it known that I am against the proposed annexation of Forest Preserve lands by Palos Park.

This is ridiculous to even consider letting it happen for all the towns involved!
