The psychology students (current and former) would like to request a lecturing position for Dr Anderson.
Dr Anderson has been a well-respected and highly valued member of the psychology staff as a tutor of many years, and now that his PhD is complete, it would be disappointing to let that wealth of knowledge leave the university.
To lose Dr Ryan Anderson from JCU would be doing a disservice not a service to staff and students. I thought I was so confused, then Dr Anderson steps in and clears the matters up. This not only happens in the tutorials but outside of contact times as well. He is quick to reply to emails and always puts the students first while teaching us what we need to know.

Dr Anderson has been irreplaceable in his assistance to students learning, by going above and beyond and showing that we aren't just a number and dollar equation; by truly caring about providing his students with the tools for success. JCU would be crazy to let a person of Dr Anderson's calibre be lost to another university.

Dr Ryan Anderson has been an excellent teacher and has supported me well through the last year of my studies in Memory & Cognition, and Experimental Investigation & Analysis of Behaviour.

Any university would be lucky to have Dr. Ryano in a lecturing position, and JCU would be doing itself a huge disservice by not offering him one.
He is a great teacher, incredibly approachable and friendly, and inspires students left and right throughout their whole degrees.
If this is what Dr. Ryano wants, he certainly deserves a full time lecturing position.

If that's what Ryan wants too, this petition has my wholehearted support.
