I was looking at the map again and honestly how do they expect fifteen extra acres to not ruin everything for the people living right there on the other side of the fence. It feels like they just keep kicking the can down the road while ignoring the smell and the trucks and the reality that we deserve better than a massive pile of trash looming over our backyards.

Seeing this much energy behind the fight against the Rapp Road expansion is honestly wild because I remember just sitting at my kitchen table wondering if anyone else even noticed the trucks. It feels like the city might finally have to stop ignoring us now that we have this kind of momentum building up behind the screen.

my kids have to play outside in this air. stop dumping trash right next to our homes. enough is enough.
total incompetence. move the dump elsewhere or find a way to recycle. stop ruining albany.

the smell is already unbearable during the summer. we dont need more garbage here just because nobody wants to deal with it properly. fix the problem dont just pile it higher
