This is an important matter to the Lake Don Pedro commmunity as we have never had a fine system implemented for handling HOA violations. Please see the HOA CC&R's for the lengthy rules and restrictions on your own home and property, you may be surprised by how easily it is to violate them, if you are not already doing so. If this proposed resolution is implemented and someone decides to arbitrarily report your violation, you will be subject to fines that can then pass onto collections. This powerful resolution is set to be passed without the community's majority consent (many do not even know about it); it is important that it is voted upon before this happens, which will only take place if the community forces a special meeting. Please take a moment to help make an important decision in your local community, and by doing so help preserve our diversity and comfortable small-town atmosphere!
