This petition is to allow Heather (myself) To submit a form for prom queen. It is only 4 days late. And it is my senior prom and super important to me. I was told in feb that i could submit it and then when i go to submit it they wouldnt accept. The point isnt really about prom queen it is about being told i would be allowed to do something then changing it last minute.

Heather is one of the sweetest people I know works hard for everything she wants and never settles! This is a young girl who is an example to all others that through hard work and determination one can suceed and is wise beyond her years.
