Dear Governor Bredesen, Felicia Ybanez has been in prison for 16 years since she was barely 17 years old. She plead guilty to a murder she did not do because she was told she would get the "electric chair". The truth never came out that she tried but failed to stop the murder. She had only met the murderer two weeks before this heinous crime. During her pretrial she was told not to show emotion. This made her look worse to the victims family and to the news media.
