Dear Governor Bredesen,
Felicia Ybanez has been in prison for 16 years since she was barely 17 years old. She plead guilty to a murder she did not do because she was told she would get the "electric chair". The truth never came out that she tried but failed to stop the murder. She had only met the murderer two weeks before this heinous crime.
During her pretrial she was told not to show emotion. This made her look worse to the victims family and to the news media. Felicia is very remorseful and regrets deeply what happened to the victim. This is her last hope. Please consider her for "commutation of sentence".
Felicia Ybanez family have also suffered without her. Her grandmother died without her. Her little sister grew up without her. Her mother went through breast cancer surgery without her.
Please consider the letters on her behalf. The education and all her work since in prison shows that she is a worthy person.
Please consider and grant her "commutation of sentence".
Sincerely,
COMPLETE INJUSTICE. System failed her back then. No one should have to plead guilty to something they didnt commit just because they are scared. Free Felicia
