The place is falling apart and the animals deserve way better than these conditions. find some land already.
The current shelter is deplorable.
It is time for Rockland to do the right thing.
We desparately need a new shelter in Rockland. Please help us get it.

Animal control/care are NYS mandated services for public health & safety . That Rockland County has ignored this responsibility for nearly 4 decades is disgraceful
