Eden Springs notoriously supplies water to institutions such as our own Lancaster University. It is an Israeli company that uses water stolen from a spring in the occupied Syrian Golan Heights. Illegal occupation in Palestinian territories, much of use is initiated for economic gain, has vast and horrendous impacts on the human rights of innocent Palestinians, many of whom are already refugees. Universities across Britain, such as Glasgow and LSE have already successfully petitioned to end dealership with Eden Springs. Lancaster University undoubtedly has to be the next.
