Charlie Boesch Reinstatement

Good businesses do what's necessary in order to hold on to quality people. Charlie represents all that is good at our Club! Tavistock needs to look in the mirror when making decisions on personnel at Lake Nona.

Charlie has always been a great asset to the club and members...Brian and I both feel that for any positive change Ryan needs to be let go.

We are in full support of retaining Charlie as a key representative of the club.

Charlie is the heart of the club and makes it a joy to live here. Every event is made better when he is there.

Shape up....

As a 25 year member of the club i truly believe a mistake was made in letting Charlie go . There are very few people anywhere that could have done the job Charlie did for the club and the members over the years that he was employed at Lake Nona. Charlie always went over the top to look after us and always went out of his way to make us feel proud to be members at lake Nona.

I have been a member for 20 years and Charlie has always immediately rectified any issue at the club.

Charlie is always professional and makes my family and I experience at the club more enjoyable.

I have known Charlie since 1995 at Lake Nona. He more than anyone else in the entire organization has been available, effective in getting things done for me as a member, pleasant, innovative, and in my mind the single most important employee. He is worth any amount of money if that is the problem. Letting him go is a big mistake . I hope you reconsider.

We love Charlie. He is an important asset to the club.The only relatable management staff you have .

Charlie Boesch is irreplaceable at Lake Nona. He provides a service that others can’t, or simply won’t do for our members and community. Please reconsider your decision. It is best for the members and for Tavistock to have him at our club.

He’s been the heart beat of Lake Nona since I joined in 1996. He is part of the Lake Nona family! I hope the great minds at Tavistock can reconsider this awful decision to let him go!

Charlie is an amazing individual and always made you feel special and included in every aspect. Please bring Charlie back! The club will not be the same without him.

It takes many things to run a club. It starts with a smile and finishes with the ability to get the job done. Charlie Boesch not only excells in both but connects the dots in between.

The dismissal of Charlie is truly a sad event and just another example of how bad the management of the Club has become. Charlie is the heart and soul of this Club. His many kindnesses and willingness to help anyone is legendary throughout the membership. He has done more for this Club than the rest of the senior management put together. If management has any sense, which is debatable, they will admit they made a mistake and reinstate Charlie immediately.

Charlie has always gone above @nd beyond to ensure the service received to members was nothing less then exceptional.

I can't express how much Charlie has done for my family and me over the years. Just recently, he helped me with a problem I had and offered to do more I needed to ultimately getting it fixed. No one is not expendable, but he comes as close to it as anyone I know.

Charlie is a integral part of this club and when we come out of this thing he needs to be with us.
