I ask that Charlie Boesch be reinstated. As one of most senior members of the Club, of 28 years, I have come to be aware of the valuable service Charlie has given to the members and has been responsible for the smooth running of the Club in a friendly, helpful and professional manner. The experience of the Lake Nona Golf Club will not as special without him.

Absolutely--Charlie is the shining beacon of how to look after the members and a role model for new staff and younger staff to aspire to his attention to detail.. He should be the LAST person out of the door!

Charlie is vital in carrying the membership experience to a level that makes being a member unique. Through quality of time spent, level of visibility, and the ability to truly connect to all membership, he fills a need that is not able to be filled by other positions.

The very first person we looked foreward to seeing upon our arrival. Always went out of his way to help even if help was not required. Please reconsider. Thx

PLEASE reconsider and reinstate Charlie. He IS Lake Nona Golf and Country Club and has been since we moved here years ago. No job was too trivial for him to handle, always smiling. Even in spite of the management changes over the last years.

Culture is THE essential element to a successful organization. Charlie gets this. He’s made my family’s experience at Lake Nona incredibly special. It’s never about him, it’s always about the member experience.

I have known and dealt with Charlie for nearly 25 years. From a membership standpoint as well as from our own Foundation. Charlie has always delivered in the most professional manner and he has the kindest heart to boot.

We have known Charlie for 25 years as members of Lake Nona. He consistently provides great service. I just brought a group to LN from my club in NC. They were very impressed with Charlie and his professionalism. He is a valuable asset to our club.. Please reconsider your decision.

Charlie is an indispensable part of this club. The only person that does not say no, but let me see what I can do. If you are looking for someone to cut, might I recommend Ryan Spence. Ask around.

In these difficult times l understand and respect having to make staffing cuts. Charlie has been a big part of my excellent experience here both living and being a member of the club.

Charlie has been part of Lake Nona Golf and Country club for as long as we have been members here which is over 15 years. He is an absolute asset to the club. He goes above and beyond for the members and should be reinstated back into his position.

Charlie has been the one constant for me for the 28 years that I have been a member . I am a National Member and have brought large groups of guests to the Lodge on at least 50 occasions ... I always went to Charlie if I needed anything and he Always took care of me and my guests ! He is the Best! He is invaluable to Lake Nona!

Charlie is a mainstay of the Club. He is the go to guy to get things done for the members and homeowners. He should be reinstated as an employee.

Can't say enough about how much Charlie cares and works so hard help everyone here. Letting him go - is really a disappointment - but doing it now, at this point in time, given his years of dedication and seniority, is heartbreaking. Very sorry to hear this news.

Charlie has been an integral part of the LN community for 30 years. I think the decision to dismiss him was a terrible one.
