Until the club is fully operational again I hope there is a value added role that Charlie can assist with that is a win win for the club, members and Charlie.

We love Charlie and I can’t imagine what our Club would be like without him... He is not only an asset to the organization, he is THE FACE of the Club and the only person in management with any personality! Whoever made this decision clearly has terrible judgement, you must reinstate Charlie

As a member who owns a property here but is only here part time, Charlie has been invaluable to me as well as my family and any of my guests. I can think of no reason at all that would warrant you letting him go, economic or otherwise.

Saddened to see this news and disheartened with the timing. Having been a Lake Nona member now for 27 years, it needs to be recognized by management that Charlie exemplifies the essence of Lake Nona which is class and service excellence. He lives it 24 hours a day which is why he has the rapport he has with virtually every member. I certainly hope the decision is reconsidered.

We love Charlie! He is such a constant face at the club and so friendly and caring. When I think of staff at LNCC, Charlie is the first person to come to mind. Charlie needs to stay at the club !!!

I have no Charlie for more than 20 years. He is probably the most valuable person that you have on your staff. The service and attention to detail on behalf of the membership has always been expertly confidently and superbly performed. I would ask that you reconsider his termination. Thank you

We have known Charlie for the last 13years of our membership! He is such an enormous part of Lake Nona golf and Country club and find it very difficult to understand why you feel the need to let him go! The club needs people like him, experienced, professional and above all someone who knows who you are!! I really hope you will reconsider your decision as the turnover of staff in the past few years has been huge.
