It is truly frustrating to follow the constant stream of terminations and departures of valued staff at the Club since we joined. From my vantage point many good people have been summarily dismissed by what appears to be an insensitive and miserly management. Charlie is the "last straw" so to speak. Why of all people did you choose to fire him? He is such a great representative for the Club. Form the beginning of our arrival Charlie went out of his way, and on occasion above and beyond the call of duty, to make our transition into the community go smoothly. His termination is disgusting.

Charlie has been key to majority of the positive experiences I've had with operations at the club. It's pretty apparent that many echo the same. There's no doubt that a heightened sense diligence, prudence, fiscal discipline, agility, and creativity are necessary for the new reality we're all faced with today- but that doesn't mean we cut off critical components that put us in position to come back stronger at the other end of this. I'd like to think that as a community we're longer term thinkers than that. I humbly request reconsidering the decision made on Charlie- and further more avoid making any other decisions that'll significantly dilute experiences at the club moving forward.

Charlie has been tremendous for the club and it’s members. He’s always been great for our family and especially our kids. In our opinion Charlie is a huge part of lake Nona and it’s character!

I am a long-time-27 year,non-resident member.I frequently am at the club with business associates, friends and family members.At all times, Charlie has acted in a very professional and caring manner.He has made my time at Lake Nona very special.
As everyone knows we are living in very turbulent and troubled times.
Hopefully the Tavistock group will do the correct thing and reinstate Charlie in his position as Clubhouse Manager

The decision to let Charlie go is not only heartbreaking, it is shocking, senseless, and shameful. I have known Charlie since 1998 and he has always been the one person at the Club we could count on, the one who would always go above and beyond to take the best care of our families, and make any event fun. He connects us all, cares beyond measure, and brings the integrity and professionalism that LNGC desperately needs.
Please bring Charlie back!
