Charlie B is the biggest constant at this club. He’s the heartbeat! When you see Charlie you get this feeling, ‘Everything's going to be ok’! It’s hard to put a price on culture - some corporations spend a lot of $ trying and never get there. Culture draws members and quality employees....

For my 20 years as a Lake Nona member, Charlie has exemplified what is great about Lake Nona. His high performance combined with his style which always makes you feel like family can’t be replaced.

Hi Andy, i hope you will reconsider your decision regarding Charlie. I have been coming to Nona for 12 or 13 years now and he is the one constant...in some respects the glue to the place

Charlie is the heart of Lake Nona Golf and Country Club! He always goes above and beyond to assist everyone! He’s always the person there to greet you, welcome you and help you with anything you need. If you need anything you can contact him. He has such a personal touch and always makes everyone feel so warm and welcome!

When considering the assets and amenities of the Lake Nona Golf & Country Club, Charlie Boesch is at the top of our list. Whether it is his smile and greeting as he opens the door, his welcoming of our family and guests as the face of our club, his facilitating the repair of a problem in our home, or his detecting a leak in our a/c unit while we were away before it caused extensive damage, Charlie can ALWAYS be counted on to come through. It is inconceivable that Tavistock can in such a caviler manner dismiss such a valued and valuable employee.

It is just inconceivable that Charlie Boesch should be removed. I have made my thoughts know about Ryan since his arrival at LN. He is the most incompetent creature I have ever met. Charlie really understands ‘service’ and is in a different league.

Charlie was the heart and soul of this club and no matter what job he was assigned, he was still the heart and soul of Lake Nona. Please reconsider this decision in order to keep the best employee the club could possibly ever have had. He truly cared like no other ever will.
