Charlie was a high school classmate and his personality, character, and desire to help others has not changed in all the years I've known him. He would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. He'd do anything he could if you were in any kind of bind. How anyone or any group could be so shortsighted to release an asset of this value to the community is beyond me! Big mistake. Big, huge mistake. Anyone with a brain would reconsider this decision not only for the reputation of the oversight group and community but especially for what LN loses if you don't bring back this incredible person who is so loved and has given so much of himself to help LN achieve the repuation it has as a great place to live!

Charlie is a great person period! He did and still does anything possible to make membership and guests feel as if they are home.. it’s one thing to get rid of someone that is mediocre , Charlie is so far beyond that. This man is so proud of the club and shows it everyday. Reinstate him if you really care about the happiness, cleanliness and appearance of the club! You obviously have no idea of the character and loyalty of this man! Thank you

Charlie is my former neighbor and since they moved in I always remembered him talking about Lake Nona country club it’s not just a job to him that’s his family

During my tenure at LNGCC, Charlie was one of the two employees most responsible for my sucess. He has a heart of gold, always willing to lend a hand, help out any department, answer any question, lend and ear, offer advice and go above and beyond for the benefit of the club and its members and employees. Charlie is the heart of Lake Nona. Every business and company in the world needs a Charlie. His value to the club is priceless, the joy and comfort he provides to everyone around him is not replaceable. Please bring Charlie back. He simply can't be replaced.

Charlie has been the director of club operations at Lake Nona for well over 15 years.
He never fails to make someone’s day and is easily one of the most kindhearted and dedicated employees at Lake Nona. He has definitely made a positive impact on my 4 years working at the club.

As a former member of Lake Nona GC, I cannot underscore strongly enough, the benefits and professionalism, Charlie brought to the membership. As a foreign member, he made me, my family and my guests, feel welcome, comfortable and at all times, was there, on call. You lose Charlie, in my opinion, you lose not only the character of the club, but the backbone.

Sometimes words cannot express our immense gratitude towards a person. Today I am facing short of words to express my immense grattitude and respect that I have for Charlie as my direct former boss for over 5 years. In this competitive world where every person thinks about minting money Charlie's main aim was to always deliver quality service to Lake Nona & it's members & staff alike by providing excellent, authentic, heartfelt and prompt service all around. It would be a terrible disservice to the Lake Nona establishment to no longer employ Charlie. You should be honored to have to someone who is so invested and dedicated in your company. He is not just a disposable employee, he is a friend to many, a familiar face, a mentor & extended family. By not having Charlie around I assure you it will be a terrible ripple effect as he has the support of so many. Charlie is THE face & front line of the Lake Nona club house. You cant have one without the other.

Having known Charlie Boesch over several years, he has shown unconditional hard work and dedication to Lake Nona that could not be fulfilled by another being. That being said Charlie has always brought a sense of family and joy that is rare to come upon in any other resort, which is why we find such comfort upon entering lake nona. Taking Charlie away would change the environment dramatically and I feel lead to a downfall in the club itself. Do not lose an amazing worker; who makes lake Nona exceptional; over a rational decision.

Huge mistake that will come back to lake Nona community in a negative way. This man gave everything to everybody and the club. Charlie is as loyal, dedicated, professional, ethical and moral model employee. Charlie would help anyone in any way he could and go above and beyond with a personal connection to all who knew and met him. As visitors of Lake Nona we would always feel like we were family in service, interactions and club experiences.

Although I am not a member of Lake Nona Golf and Country Club, I am a team member who has greatly valued Charlie as a leader and mentor throughout my four years with Tavistock. LNGCC would not be the club that it is today without him. I understand that these are difficult times and some hard decisions have to be made. However, there are surely options that would be less detrimental to the club. Charlie is valued by every member and employee alike, and I cannot imagine a day at the club without Charlie there to make sure things are running smoothly.
