The purpose of this petition is to have a discussion with the coffee business about the problems with labor exploitation. Coffee prices in American coffee shops often exceed $10, while the workers from the farms where the coffee is grown receive only a small portion of the revenues. Our goal is to assist in closing the gap between coffee production and consumption.
