We, as students/faculty/alumni of Texas Tech University recognize the need for a student involved radio station. The frequency is still licensed through Texas Tech and therefore should have student participation. We commit our name and signature to the reinstatement of student involvement as soon as fiscally possible or at least by the 2011-2012 school year.
