On December 9, 2004, at approximately 11:47 a.m there was a crash with five Dobson High School students on Alma School Rd. They were cut off by a young male driving a gray “Baja” vehicle. That driver did come forward after originally leaving the sceen, but he has yet to face charges. Right now he is neither a suspect or even an investigative lead! Sign this petition if you feel the driver that caused the accident that killed two Dobson High students should face charges any were from reckless driving to involuntary manslaughter.
