I just refreshed the page and saw we hit two hundred and fifty signatures which honestly feels surreal because I started this on a whim while listening to Release Me on loop. I keep thinking about how many people actually care about Engelbert getting that title and it makes my brain spin a little bit in the best way.

Engelbert has represented England proudly throughout his long career. (50 years).He supports charities in this country particularly The Air Ambulance. I think it is time he is honoured by having a Knighthood.
My mother's family arrived in the Virginia colony in 1709 from Great Britain. She saw to it that I met Engelbert and became a fan at age 14 and subsequently a musician. He is an international star and deserves the honor that has been bestowed on so many of his peers!
I think Engelbert Humperdinck should be knighted for all the fantastic music he has given us over all these years and for all the charaties be has been involved with and he is still going strong at the age of 80 it's about time he has had some reconishison for his work
Engelbert more than deserves to be Knighted by Her Majesty for the services that Engelbert has and continues to bring to music and to people. The UK is a global player and the UK Knighthood system ought to recognise Engelbert's substantive contribution by Knighting him.
If ever a person deserved this it would be Engelbert. He is the epitome of a grandeur. He conducts himself as a gentleman always. His loyality to his faith and family speak for itself. His humbleness is remarkable.
the man is a legend. Tom Jones got one so why not Engelbert
As an American, it is my opinion this is the greatest singer to come out of the UK ever.
