I have been grabbing coffee with so many folks around town lately and honestly the energy is just swirling everywhere. People really care about how these decisions get made and I am trying to keep track of every single note you all send me while I organize my notes on the budget stuff which is honestly a bit of a headache but totally worth it if we get this right.

I really thought this might just be a quiet little local thing but seeing all these people jump on board is honestly kind of overwhelming in the best way possible. It seems like everyone is just as ready for some fresh energy on the board as I am and honestly it makes me feel like we might actually get a conversation moving.
