This is a petition to get The City of Roanoke to place a bike rack on Kirk Avenue across the street from The Shadowbox Microcinema and Kirk Avenue Music Hall. Roanoke City claims there is not enough traffic on Kirk Ave. to warrant a bike rack. We disagree. Please sign this is you want to see a bike rack on Kirk.
