We, the undersigned, are calling on the Legislative Assembly of Ontario, GO Transit and Metrolinx, to address these problems by constructing a GO station at Kirby Road.
A Kirby GO station would alleviate gridlock and crowding, and ultimately, promote better service and an easier commute.
We are encouraging those hoping for transportation changes to sign this petition, which will be sent to the province, GO Transit and Metrolinx.
Together, with the support of commuters and stakeholders, we can build a more efficient city and put transit on track in Vaughan.

The momentum behind our request for a Kirby Road station is building steadily. Please consider sending this link to two individuals who rely on the Barrie line so that we may reach our first milestone quickly.

We need to alleviate the congestion at the Maple station - I can't even find a parking spot anymore! And Go officials are issuing $100 parking tickets at this lot. It's appalling.
parking at that go stations is almost impossible. Go needs to look at a new station but also building parking structures to acccomodate the addtional riders the new developments have brought.
Approval of block 27 should be contingent on developer's first building the GO station "FIRST" at no cost to the City.
Please make this station happen! Parking is a complete nightmare at every station between King and Rutherford.
Will Metrolinx, GO and the thieving provincial liberals actually agree to this? They might look at all the lost revenue from King City reserved parking (which has become practically all that is available) and kaibosch the Kirby station. I don't think they put commuters above their own interests.
The lack of legal parking spots is ridiculous.
We need a new GO station at Kirby road!!! It's long overdue!!! Let's get this done Metrolinx!!!
