Tourists do not go to Ireland to see wind farms, they go to see the unspoilt countryside. Cutting off your nose to spite your face springs to mind just for a few greedy people who wouldn't build it near their own homes to make money.

What is being allowed to happen on our beautiful island, health of our people, wildlife and waterways, total desecration of our countrey and our future generations.

Too high, too close to residential properties. Property prices will be decimated and landscape destroyed.

Too many reasons for objection to list. Kildare County Council only allowed me to build a house at a storey and a half.... And these bad boys will be 169m!!!!

I'll take my name off this petition when the top people in Element Power apply for permission to build a wind farm within 500m of their houses.

Kildare is known globally in the bloodstock world as "the Kentukey " of Europe...The breeders in our community are now being threatened with this proposal, horses and windmills don't mix .Horses Have a highly evolved sense of flight response and are prone to react to the perceived visual or auditory threat of a turbine. Faceless people are turning neighbour against neighbour in this ludicrous proposal We all need to stand up and fight this ,

This Project to erect 47 wind turbines is madness, our Government should all resign. Talking about saving the Environment , this will destroy it, and peoples Family and health.

I am sickened by this proposal and the actions of this and previous governments that have made it possible. The biggest scam of our lifetimes. If it is allowed to proceed it will destroy our county, and devalue our homes. A moratorium must be put in place until the 10 X height set back distance is set as a standard.

The only people who will benefit the proposed so called wind "farms" are the landowners and the private companies receiving subsidies from US, the taxpayer. Stop this madness.
