The petitioners listed below certify that they are community members, interested teachers, or parents meaningfully interested in enrolling their student(s) at the KEY Academy Charter School. As such, petitioners believe that the charter merits consideration and hereby petition the governing board of the Hayward Unified School District to grant approval of the charter pursuant to Education Code 47605. The petitioners authorize the Leadership Team to negotiate any amendments to the charter necessary to secure approval by the District Board.
